I would gladly pay any price for a non-Gillette razor, provided it worked as well if not better than the Mach 3 Turbo. Using stuff from Gillette just seems wrong, for a number of obvious reasons. But they really know what a man needs shave-wise.

I tried out the Preserve® Triple Razor with the hopes of retiring my Mach 3, but the shave left me a little burnt. Maybe I need a few weeks to adjust to it, I’m not sure. It just doesn’t give as complete and comfortable experience as its more evil counterpart.

With a shower and a shave coming up in a matter of minutes, I will again take the Preserve for a spin and sooth my face with Anthony post-shaving balm, then apply my Dermalogica multi-active toner, then Jon Allan’s Eye Cream, so I can attempt to look less like a ghoul.

I’m very curious. Reverse-spray nozzle!!!!

Since I was accosted by a homeless meth addict yesterday AND Band Of Horses was more southern fried than stoner rock live, I decided to get myself a little treat today.

I purchased nail clippers that CATCH your clippings instead of firing them off randomly onto the bathroom (or office) floor. Gone are the days of pretending to pick up the tiny, disgusting (but charming) bits of nails, but really just going through the motions and maybe getting around to vacuuming.
