Messages sent to me via the oldest transportation method known to man: inscribing on foodstuffs.

It is that time of the year where all the people head out to Burning Man. For us, it is the time to pack up our apartment. Add these two things together, and you get the message below which was found in a box of old stuff. It is from my friend Christy and I was bummed that I only found it as we were leaving the camp…nearly seven goddamn years ago.

Two things I miss about my previous job and warm, familiar nest: 1. it was in downtown SF so I could spend any number of breaks at an equal number of Walgreens and 2. my buddies. However, since I am only a 6 minute bus ride from my old grumpy environs, I thought I would have dinner with Lucie this evening. She suggested we see the Da Vinci exhibit, held next to the Sony Store, just as Leonardo would have wanted.

Besides from seeing Chicken Little in 3-D, I think that was the most I’ve ever paid for anything at The Metreon. However, I learned a few things:

Then we all jumped in the pool.
